Urban Spa Circuit

At Nova Icària we also have Urban Spa Circuits. This is located inside each changing room, both women's and men's, thus reducing by half the amount of users, creating a more relaxing and peaceful environment for each user.

Within the Spa, there are different circuits you can carry out, depending on the results that you want to achieve. You can follow a guided circuit with relaxing or toning effects, or you can use the different spaces freely, according to your preferences.

This Urban Spa Circuit can be used freely by all members of Nova Icària Esport & Fit.
