Nova Icària Esport & Fit was founded in 1992, the year of the Olympics in Barcelona, converting the city into a excellent sports and fitness center for the athletes who were residing at the Vila Olímpica in Poblenou. Our gym is designed for every individual with different goals, such as losing weight, increasing muscle mass, improving health, staying in shape, or enjoying sport with friends.

Our gym is situated next to the Nova Icària beach, an ideal location for doing activities in the fresh air such as running, volley-ball, yoga, beach camp and much more. At Nova Icària Esport & Fit you will find exclusive and innovative technological systems - the first and only in Barcelona. These sytems allow you to carry out a personalised training which is automatically synchronised in every machine in order to develop a specific training plan. We have circuits and classes which incorporate the Egym y Technogym systems.
