- TONE: Session which includes localised exercises using weights, body bars, resistance bands, etc, in order to increase the intensity and effectiveness of the exercises.
- GAC: Intense and very effective programme to define and increase muscle tone, especially in the glutes, abs and legs.
- BODY PUMP Les Mills: Session of physical activity aimed at improving muscular strength and resistance and to model the body shape in a progressive manner. Barbells of different weight and sizes are used to perform a series of exercises to the rhythm of the music (Activity integrated within the Training System Program).
- FAT BURN: Session which includes an intense and dynamic workout that is intense effective for burning calories and reducing body fat, in which you will improve your strength, resistence, coordination, agility whilst working with the latest trends in fitness.
- CXWORX Les Mills: Intense programme of 30 minutes designed especially for toning and strengthening the abs, glutes and to improve functional strength and prevent lesions. (Activity integrated within the Body Training System).
