Spinning sessions in Barcelona

If you are looking to train in a fun and motivating way, join the sessions of
spinning in Barcelona that we offer in Nova Icària Esport & Fit.

Being one of the best ways to lose weight, toning muscles and strengthen bones and joints, the spinning classes will let you do aerobic exercises in a static bicycle to the rhythm of the music that, at the same time, will make you want them to be part of your daily exercise routine.

Within the cycling classes of our gym, the teachers will seek to offer a complete training with music adapted to each session and lasting between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the schedule.

Also, if you can’t adapt yourself to any of our spinning classes, you can choose to attend our virtual spinning sessions in which you can do your training at any time of the day.

Spinning classes at Nova Icària

At Nova Icària Esport & Fit we work with different types of classes focused on the level of each person. In addition, we set each spinning class with different percentages of intensity.

Within the cycling sessions of our gym you will be able to find:

 

  • Recuperation (REC): aimed for initiation levels or for people with low physical condition.
  • Fartlek: it combines flat and mountainous terrain along with changes of pace in order to improve cardiovascular endurance.
  • Mountain: mountainous terrain mode with different types of climbs with more or less slope.
  • High Intensity Interval Training (Hiit): high intensity and short series that help improve lactate tolerance.

It’s important that you feel comfortable while you exercise; that is why one of the main advantages that we offer you while participating in the cycling sessions of our gym is the ability to adapt the intensity of the exercise that you want to bring to your training. That is the reason why at Nova Icària Esport & Fit we offer different types of spinning classes, adapted to the level and needs for each user.

Also, the bicycles that we work with in our spinning classes are technological, special and high-end from Technogym®, which will allow you to carry out an immersion training, since they are made to adapt to any type of exercise and be able to enjoy a realistic experience when pedaling.

Being a low impact sport, the spinning sessions we offer in Barcelona are intended not just to lose weight, but we also seek to focus on reducing the risk of injuries, increasing everyone’s resistance and, therefore, improving heart health by helping cardiovascular performance.
