At Nova Icària Esport & Fit, you will find sessions which combine cardiovascular resistance workouts with muscle toningand strength workouts.

  • Total training: A very varied session of one hour and 20 minutes of activity, in which all of the basic physical qualities are worked out with the use of very different techniques and materials.
