Do you need to prepare the physical tests for oppositions?

Fes-te Fort is a center specialized in the exhaustive preparation of oppositions with more than 10 years of experience where you will be able to to carry out physical tests and theoretical tests that are necessary to make the oppositions of firefighters, Mossos d’Esquadra, Guardia Urbana, among others.

Now, from Monday through Friday at Nova Icària we offer three training groups; one in the mornings, from 10h to 12h, one in the afternoons, from 16:30h to 18:30h and one at nights, from 20h to 22h.

You will have 5 sessions a week and 2 or 3 of them will be given by the qualified personnel that Fes-te Fort offers in order for you to optimally prepare your oppositions and achieve the best results.

The physical tests preparation that we offer will be run by qualified personnel, so that you can prepare and train with experts in the field guaranteeing optimal results for the preparation of your oppositions.

We offer you the best preparation for the physical tests for firefighters, so that you will be able to prepare your oppositions to become Barcelona firefighters or Generalitat firefighters.

In the sessions you will be able to find trainings such as:

• Maximum Force Pull
• Arm flex. Upper body muscle strength and endurance (rope climb)
• Course navette. Maximum aerobic power
• Agility / Speed Circuit
• Pool circuit. Mastering the aquatic environment
• Dummy drag circuit
• Bench press

You will be able to prepare for your physical tests for mossos in the most exhaustive way so that you can successfully face each of the phases of the opposition.

The exercises you will be able to prepare are:

• Course navette. Maximum aerobic power
• Agility / Speed Circuit
• Bench press
