- ZUMBA: Entertaining choreography session which is very easy to follow. Dance whilst burning calories, improving your cardiovascular system and having fun from moving your body to the rhythm of the music.
- DANCE: Fusion of aerobics with the latest dance trends. Move to the rhythm of house, hip-hop, dance, funk… Enjoy innovative choreographies that make you break a swear and work to your optimum aerobic capacity performing simple and entertaining steps.
