- TAI-TXI: Oriental activity which combines slow holistic movements with breathing techniques, in which relaxation and an improvement of the overall state of being is achieved, and the central nervous system is acted on.
- YOGA: Sessions in which movements are performed in order to improve flexibility, strength and the ability to balance and relax, through various positions and breathing techniques. At the same time, it also provides mental wellbeing and an improvement within personal energy levels.
