Beach Camp: If you are looking to tone your body, improve your physical condition or burn calories in a different way, then exercising outside is the activity for you. Beach Camp is a very dynamic activity which combines the fun of being in a group class with cardiovascular, functional and strength-resistance workouts.
Running: If you enjoy running, and you would like to improve your physical fitness and your performance, then this is the activity for you. We suggest for you to come out running with our group of runners supervised by a coach who will guide and plan all the sessions. It will help you to improve your technique , your personal best and your fitness level… all whilst enjoying a group activity!
